Not what was expected

I ordered the small leopard vinyl wrap material, but when it arrived, the leopard spots were huge - about 5" per rosette. It seemed to me there was a mistake in the order and I shipped the "large" leopard material. I was told it was the correct material. There is no sense of scale in any of the pictures, other than a tiny graphics showing the complete roll with poor resolution. The picture showing the roll of material next to the box is not accurate. I instead placed an order with decals.com and was thrilled with what they sent me.

With printed patterns like leopard, the rosette size can appear larger or smaller depending on the surface it’s applied to, viewing distance, and the specific pattern repeat — but there was not an error in what was shipped.

That said, we do hear you on wanting clearer scale references in the listing photos. We’re actively working on improving our product images so customers can better visualize pattern size before ordering.

I purchased the leopard print in small to originally wrap my wifes motorcycle helmet but decided to do her bike instead and glad I did. She couldn't be happier with how it turned out. It looks amazing and gets lots of attention. The wrap is very good quality and has been holding up great. I've been recommended alwanwraps to everyone since. Will definitely purchase from them again for any future wraps!
